The Davenport (Toronto) Conservative Association in co-operation with the Mount Royal Conservative Association present "Tory Talks" featuring Senator Larry Smith in a discussion about business, politics, and Canada's recovery from the Covid-19 pandemic. 

Senator Smith will be joined by Mount Royal Conservative Party of Canada candidate Frank Cavallaro. The Senator and Mr. Cavallaro will also participate in a Q&A session with participants. 

Senator Smith was appointed to the Senate by Stephen Harper in 2011. He served as the Leader of the Opposition in the Senate and currently sits on the Senate Standing Committees of National Finance, Official Languages, and Banking, Trade and Commerce. He was a former Fullback for the Montreal Alouettes and later served as Commissioner of the Canadian Football League, CEO of the Alouettes, and President of the Montreal Gazette.

Mr. Cavallaro was the former main weather presenter at CTV Montreal for 17 years followed by CBC Montreal for 12 years. He has also worked as a roving television reporter and a weather specialist for the The Weather Network. 

This is an open invitational event with a suggested on-line donation of $50. Donors will be provided with political contribution slips.
